Claim Reseller Credits

Submit proof of an authorised-reseller purchase for review.

Who may claim

A signed-in Benchdogs customer may submit a genuine Benchdogs-product purchase from an authorised reseller for review. Submission does not guarantee an award.

What you need and how review works

  1. Choose the resellerSelect an active authorised reseller, or Other / Reseller Not Listed for manual review.
  2. Enter the purchaseProvide the purchase date, invoice number, currency and claimed Benchdogs-product value.
  3. Upload proofSupply a clear PDF, JPEG or PNG invoice or receipt. Do not include unrelated private documents.
  4. Admin reviewThe retained qualifying Benchdogs merchandise value is checked ex VAT after known discounts, refunds and credit notes. Shipping is excluded.
  5. DecisionApproved credits enter the normal Design Credit balance. More information may be requested.
