Do I need CAD experience?
No. The guided controls create the cabinet model and the Help Centre explains the construction terms and outputs.
Can I change my design?
Yes. Designing and previewing are free. Save your work and create a new revision when you want to preserve a changed manufacturing state.
Why did a new revision get created?
A manufacturing-affecting value changed. Revisions keep old and new outputs traceable instead of silently replacing an entitled design.
Why do I need another credit after changing dimensions?
Different dimensions create a different manufacturing revision. The previous credit remains attached to the previous exact revision.
Can I re-download my pack?
Yes. Re-downloading the same entitled revision does not use another Design Credit.
Can I use any hinge?
Choose a concealed hinge suitable for the door size, thickness and application. V1 supplies generic matching centre heights, but you must follow the actual hinge manufacturer's boring and fitting instructions.
Can I use any drawer runner?
You may use a suitable runner if you enter its required clearance and ensure the drawer depth, load and application are compatible. Follow the runner manufacturer's instructions.
Why do I enter runner clearance?
The drawer-box width is the actual opening width minus the left and right runner clearances. The Designer cannot safely assume one universal runner value.
How does edge banding work?
Select the treatment and the exact edges. V1 records the edge schedule but does not automatically reduce panel cut sizes for band thickness.
Can I claim credits for reseller purchases?
You may submit an authorised-reseller Benchdogs purchase with proof for review. Eligibility and quantity depend on the active claim or campaign terms.
What if the Manufacturing Pack looks wrong?
Do not manufacture from it. Recheck the exact saved revision and inputs. Contact support with the design and revision reference plus a description or safe screenshot.
