What a Design Credit does
A Design Credit unlocks the Manufacturing Pack for one immutable revision of one Designer. It is not money, Shopify store credit or a gift-card balance.
Designing, previewing and saving remain free. The current cost for the Cabinet Designer is shown in the live interface before you confirm; this Help article does not promise future pricing or offers.
Purchase, use and re-download
- Buying credits
- Use the available Design Credit product and normal Shopify checkout when offered by the current storefront.
- Same revision
- An entitled revision can be downloaded again without using another credit.
- New revision
- A manufacturing-affecting change creates a different revision and normally needs a new entitlement.
- Generation failure
- A credit is not spent when pack generation does not complete successfully.
Promotional, historical and beta credits
Promotional, historical-purchase, reseller-claim and beta credits use the same customer Design Credit balance when awarded. Each award has its own eligibility or campaign terms and an auditable account entry.
A possible future campaign is not a promise of eligibility, quantity, price or expiry. Use the terms shown for the actual active campaign.
