Pre-manufacturing checklist
Work through every item against the saved revision and the real materials, tools and fittings in front of you.
- Overall width, height and depth match the installation and required clearances.
- Every part quantity and MAKE X instruction is understood.
- Material names and actual measured thicknesses match the pack.
- Door and drawer-front sizes, gaps, handing and quantities are correct.
- Drawer runner clearance matches the chosen runner instructions.
- Selected edge-banding edges and thickness are correct.
- Connection centres use the stated datum and orientation.
- Tool, jig, cutter, screw, adhesive and hardware settings match their current manufacturer instructions.
- A test piece has been used where setup, fit or material behaviour needs confirmation.
